1. Complete The Project Specification Form

You should fill in the Project Specification Form here prior to sending any money. We will then be able to look at your requirements on the Project Specification (The 'Spec') to see that everything can proceed according to your wishes. It is important that we understand your wishes right from this early stage. If you have any questions, now is a good time to ask, within the Spec.

You should also send us your keyword list at this stage. It is important to realise from the outset that the keyword phrases you select are the same "parts of speech", otherwise the finished articles will not make much sense. For more information on this see our parts of speech page.

As part of the service we will write the 'seed' article for you. But we do encourage our customers to supply their own 10 paragraph seed articles. We hope you will not be disappointed with what we provide; but, by providing the seed article yourselves, that way you will never be disappointed!

If you want us to write the seed article for you then please supply at least two web addresses (URLs) to resources associated with your theme or subject matter. We will then be able to research from this in order to give you a better service. You will be able to do this on the Project Specification form.

2. Calculate The Cost

Place your order using Paypal. We will work out how much the order is based on what you have sent us in the Project Specification. We will create a unique article for each keyword phrase in your keyword list. So if you have a keyword list of, say, 563 keyword phrases then we will be creating 563 unique articles for you, and that is effectively what you will be ordering.

If you have a keyword list which is an odd number then we take the number on the schedule below the number of keywords that you have and multiply that by the number of keywords. We always charge down rather than up.

For example, if you want to order articles and your there are 378 keyword phrases in your keyword list, you would use the ordering factor of $1.87 from the article schedule (which is the cost per article for 300 articles) and multiply by 378, giving a total of $706.86.

Before you send us your keyword list you should read the parts of speech page, as we will not accept any work which does not comply with this; we have no wish to fill up the Internet with more unreadable rubbish than it already contains!

After you have sent us the project specification you can send us money by using your Paypal account. Log into your Paypal account and use the Send Money tab (second from the left after you've logged in).

As in the illustration, enter the email address order@qualityseoarticles.com and then enter the amount. Make sure that USD - US Dollars is selected. Select the Services radio button in the Purchase tab and click on the Continue button. You will then be asked to confirm your transaction.

You will almost immediately get an email receipt of your order. This will happen no matter what time of the day or night it is. But please bear in mind that for any specific queries subsequent to this automated response we will probably be in a different time zone to you. We are based in the UK and our time is GMT (London). Save your receipt in a secure location, print it off, or both.

We will prepare a seed article consisting of 10 paragraphs and we will send it to you for approval. This may take up to 5 working days. You may make any amendments you wish at this stage. Please note that if there are any compliance issues which have to be adhered to (or any special requirements which apply to your specific sector, industry or jurisdiction) then now is the time to make those changes.

If there are details which must be left intact in every output article then now is the time to specify this. We can make any paragraph fix its position in the first or last paragraph position in all the completed articles, but we need to know at this stage.

An alternative to this is where your sector or industry is so specific, or if you wish the subject matter to be so specific, that you would wish to write the seed article yourselves. If this is the case we will have to look at the seed article to see if it is suitable before proceeding. This is perfectly logical in certain industries, or if your angle on a subject is especially unique or unusual.

"Adult" industry or pornography;
Gambling;
Pharmaceuticals (meds);
Promotion of "Warez" or dishonest software or piracy, malware, etc.;
Any subject matter involving Hate or any illegal subject.

Seed articles should consist of 10 paragraphs. Each paragraph should stand up on its own and the sense of each paragraph should not be contingent on any preceding paragraph.

In cases where you have written the seed article yourself, or have supplied the seed article for any reason from a third party, we make a discount of $30 from the total order.

After this you should wait about three days and we will send you the completed work according to your specification, in a zip file.
